Indian
Indian food, not unlike any other country’s national food scene, is a vast constellation of culinary influences and traditions from all over the Asian continent.
Traditional Indian food is built from the same flavor foundations. However, dishes vary widely between North Indian and South Indian cuisine. If you’re familiar with Indian restaurants in the U.S., you’ll likely know these popular (and tasty!) Indian dishes

Chinese
Chinese food is an essential component of Chinese culture, and it comprises cuisines from all around China, as well as cuisines from Overseas Chinese who have settled in other countries. Chinese food has affected many other Asian cuisines, with adjustments made to cater to local palates, due to the Chinese diaspora and historical power of the country.
Chinese daily meals consist of four food groups: grains, vegetables, fruit, and meat. Because of lactose intolerance, Chinese do not consume large amounts of dairy products. Instead, Chinese substitute these with soymilk and tofu, which also contain large amounts of protein and calcium.

Tandoor
Food is cooked over a live fire in the tandoor; meats are punctured with a metal skewer and thrown into the heated oven; fat and juices drip onto the wood or charcoal, imparting a particular taste to the smoke. Bread is laid around the edges of the clay oven in most dhabas (roadside restaurants) as the meat cooks.
Punjab is well-known for its Tandoori cuisine. Rural villages feature communal tandoors, which are a cost-effective way to serve big numbers of people because the fire stays alive for a long time. The tastiest tandoori food is served in the dhabas, and some have been serving the same recipes since the early twentieth century. After India's 1947 partition, Punjabis dispersed across the country, bringing with them their cultural traditions.
